As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any inter-team challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP.
Strong experience in custom software development and system integration.
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and iterative delivery.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software components.
Positive understanding of software lifecycle management and version control systems.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
