We are looking for a customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage corporate client relationships, ensure seamless service delivery, and drive customer satisfaction within workplace dining and cafeteria solutions environments.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
Manage client queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational excellence.
Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
Conduct regular client reviews and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify prospects for account growth and business expansion within existing accounts.
Drive client retention through proactive relationship management.
Desired profiles:
Graduate with experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, Customer Success, or Relationship Management.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
Experience in Corporate Food Services, Workplace Dining Solutions, Cafeteria Management, Hospitality, Aviation, or Facility Management preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Hotel/Hospitality/ in Business
3+ years' of relevant work experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
