Key Responsibilities:
Lead curriculum design and academic strategy.
Manage academic teams, SMEs, and content developers.
Ensure curriculum aligns with CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE standards.
Maintain academic quality and improve learning outcomes.
Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance LMS content.
Requirements:
Postgraduate in Education (M.Ed./MA Education or equivalent).
5–8 years of experience as an Academics Head.
Experience in EdTech/LMS preferred.
Robust leadership, curriculum development, and communication skills.
