Job Responsibilities:
[ol]Responsible for on-site/online daily hardware fault diagnosis and repair to ensure stable equipment equipment fault tickets, quickly locate issues, close them out with complete documentation, and record fault logs and resolution steps. Perform routine O&M; tasks including firmware upgrades, parameter configuration, and version O&M; records and asset inventories, and take charge of asset operations management. Coordinate and report equipment issues to drive problem resolution and optimization; independently draft local SOPs.[/ol]
Job Requirements:
[ol]Proven experience in hardware equipment O&M;, with the ability to independently troubleshoot common software and hardware issues. Familiar with equipment commissioning, basic network configuration, and proficient in using common O&M; tools. Detail-oriented, responsible, robust execution capability, with positive problem-solving skills and service awareness. Proficient in the Linux development workplace,



with solid skills in Shell and Python scripting. Familiarity with Docker and system services; knowledge of embedded software/hardware is a plus. Fluent bilingual communication in Chinese and English (Chinese proficiency is preferred — e.g., ethnic Chinese, local Chinese, or overseas Chinese; if not available, English-only is acceptable), capable of independently managing end-to-end coordination.[/ol]
Candidate Profile:
Candidates with experience in smart hardware equipment O&M;, familiar with the Linux development environment. Both local and Chinese nationals are welcome; Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred. Around 3–5 years of relevant experience is ideal.
Salary:
No fixed cap; compensation will be based on local market rates for similar roles.
