Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Automation & Control Systems Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and commission industrial automation solutions for large-scale manufacturing settings. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in PLC programming, SCADA/MES integration, OPC UA standards, industrial communication networks, and commissioning activities.Key Responsibilities
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT, and Mitsubishi GX Works.
Review Functional Design Specifications (FDS), control philosophies, and automation architectures.
Design and implement PLC-SCADA-MES integrations and data exchange interfaces.
Develop and validate OPC UA Information Models and NodeSets.
Configure industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, MQTT, Modbus TCP, and OPC UA.
Execute FAT, SAT, commissioning, IQ/OQ, and system validation activities.
Support machine safety reviews, risk assessments, and safety PLC validation.
Collaborate with OEMs, suppliers,



process engineering, MES/SCADA teams, and manufacturing operations.Mandatory Skills
