Positive in Team management skills; should have handled at least 30 to 50 member team (Minimum).
Candidate should have 10 to 15 years of experience in Java & J2EE.
Should have 6 to 8 years of Struts & Spring framework experience, Spring Boot, Microservices, ReactJS.
Should have 8 years of J2EE design (Design pattern, Framework, architectural knowledge).
Should have Release Management experience (handled multiple projects).
Should have experience in Change management experience.
Should have knowledge or working experience on latest technology trends (PCF, Microservices & Amazon cloud, Docker).
Scrum certified.
