About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Director – Motion Design to lead our visual storytelling and motion design efforts. This role requires a robust blend of creative vision, leadership, and hands-on expertise in motion graphics to drive impactful brand communication across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and define the creative vision for motion design projects across digital platforms and client requirements
Conceptualize and oversee high-quality motion graphics, animations,



and video content
Collaborate with design teams to ensure cohesive and consistent project delivery
Provide creative direction and feedback to motion designers and editors
Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual language
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Present ideas, concepts, and final outputs to internal stakeholders and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in motion design or creative roles, with at least 6–8 years in a leadership position within advertising, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
Robust portfolio showcasing motion graphics, storytelling, and campaign work
Expertise in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling
Experience managing and mentoring creative teams
Robust communication and presentation skills
