About ControlZ ControlZ is India's Premium Renewed smartphone brand, offering quality-certified refurbished devices backed by warranty and trust. As we scale our retail and distribution footprint across India, we're looking for driven sales professionals to grow our on-ground presence.

Role Overview This is a dual-mandate sales role covering (1) Direct-to-Retail Sales and (2) Dealer Appointment, Sales & Retention for the ControlZ Authorized Dealer network. The ideal candidate is a hunter who can open recent retail/dealer accounts and a farmer who can nurture and retain them.

Key Responsibilities

Direct-to-Retail Sales
Drive direct sales of ControlZ devices to retail outlets, mobile stores, and walk-in trade
Achieve monthly/quarterly retail sales targets
Build and manage relationships with retail counter staff and store owners

Dealer Appointment & Retention
Identify, pitch, and onboard new Authorized Dealers within assigned territory
Manage the end-to-end dealer appointment process (documentation, credit terms, first billing)
Drive repeat billing and retention of existing dealers; monitor dealer health and reduce churn
Ensure dealers are equipped with schemes, pricing,



and merchandising support
Resolve dealer queries/escalations and coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, service)

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or channel/distribution sales
Prior experience in smartphone/consumer electronics sales is a strong plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with target-driven, on-ground, high-activity sales roles
Two-wheeler/willingness to travel within assigned territory
Basic proficiency with Excel/reporting tools

Compensation
Fixed Salary + Performance Incentive structure
Incentives tied to retail sell-out, current dealer appointments, and dealer retention/repeat billing
