An Ideal Candidate:
Candidate should have 1+ year in internal audit.Compliance Knowledge: Companies ACT , Income Tax act ,FEMA & other allied laws.
Key Competencies:
1.Self-driven candidate who can work independently and individually & can perform internal audit without much follow up.
2.RACM Testing, Risk assessment
3.Preparation of audit working paper and reports on quarterly basis.
4.Operational and functional audit (All function audit) including PV of FA and compliance audit. Follow up and closure of audit observation.
5.Data analysis, well versed in companies act and Ind AS
