We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing accounting, GST compliance, payroll, statutory compliance, inventory reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GSTR-2B.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
Perform inventory, Raw Material, WIP, and Finished Goods reconciliation.
Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Manage PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax (if applicable), and TDS compliance.
Handle UAN registration, KYC updates, PF member registration, PF transfers, PF withdrawals, and employee onboarding/offboarding formalities.
Prepare monthly payroll reports and statutory challans.
Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
Prepare MIS reports and support management reporting.
Coordinate with Internal, GST, Stock, and Statutory Audits.




Maintain vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, labour laws, and statutory regulations.

Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter
2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, payroll processing, UAN registration, and accounting principles.
Experience with Tally ERP or SAP ERP.
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS).
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
