Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing inbound and outbound inquiries, engaging prospective learners, and clearly explaining AnalytixLabs training programs and value proposition. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, qualification, and follow-up through calls, emails, and online meetings, as well as maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.



The Inside Sales Specialist will collaborate with the marketing and training teams to convert leads into enrollments, ensure a smooth pre-enrollment experience, and support high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires meeting sales targets, providing timely responses to queries, and continuously improving sales processes through feedback and data-driven insights.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Icommunication skills in Hindi and English
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive, supportive experience for all learners.
Candidates should possess clear, professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for phone, email, and online interactions.
Candidates should possess basic CRM and data entry skills, along with comfort using digital tools for tracking leads and follow-ups.
Relevant experience in education, training, or EdTech sales is beneficial.
