Job Description:

Influencer Campaign Management

Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram,

YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communication.

Ensure seamless execution from creator onboarding to content live and reporting.

Creator Discovery & Relationship Management

Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators based on audience fit, content quality, engagement, and business potential.

Build long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer agencies.

Stay updated on emerging creators, content trends, and platform changes.

Strategy & Ideation

Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand, category, and business objectives.

Create campaign concepts, creator briefs, content angles, and integration ideas that feel organic while driving impact.

Work closely with Brand, Social Media, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment.
