About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Manager - Legal to join our Legal & Compliance department. This role involves providing strategic legal advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding the organization's interests in a quick-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management and various business units.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Manage litigation and liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their impact on the organization.
Conduct legal risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Oversee intellectual property (IP) matters, including trademarks and copyrights.




Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; Master's degree (LLM) is a plus.
6+ years of experience in legal advisory, corporate law, and compliance management.
Robust knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience in handling litigation and dispute resolution.
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in interpreting and applying legal principles to business operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively.
