Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and structured Technical Delivery Manager with robust end-to-end project lifecycle experience.

The ideal candidate should bring a blend of hands-on technical expertise, delivery management, and customer-centric thinking, along with an AI-first mindset and solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Own and manage the complete project lifecycle—from planning and execution to delivery and closure—ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.
Service Delivery:
Ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery aligned with client expectations and SLAs.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain solid client relationships through regular communication, updates, and proactive issue resolution.
Performance Monitoring:
Track delivery metrics, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Process Improvement:
Implement best practices, optimize processes, and enhance overall delivery efficiency.
Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, provide technical and delivery guidance, and ensure team alignment toward project goals.
Communication:




Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment.
Problem Solving:
Identify risks/issues proactively and drive resolution to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
Budget & P&L; Management:
Manage project financials, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
