JOB PURPOSE

He is responsible for the engineering and support of projects and proposals regarding our electronics products and systems for power generation (AVR, AVR panel, Excitation panel, remote monitoring GenOSys). He will organize the resources and the means to win proposals and deliver these projects according customer's specification within the lead time and quality level expected by the customers and the cost expected by our company.

He also leads the application engineering effort to support customers in pre‐sales and after‐sales.

JOB DETAILS
Have a positive understanding of the technical requirement of power generation electronics market. Participate to exhibition and conference to interact with specialist and develop his technical skills
Contribute to the development of Electronics product to fulfill the requirements of his market
Lead and control the engineering of proposals and projects of the Service team. He also delivers the engineering documents of key projects
Organize the technical resources to grow the business: people,



equipment and tools
Manage the GenOSys product including technology development, maintenance, customer promotion and operational follow‐up.
Coordinate his actions with the Services leader
Ensure that commissioning, tuning and troubleshooting electronic products and solutions are correctly performed on customer sites.
Organize technical pre‐sales support including equipment assessment, needs analysis, proposals and bid reviews.
Perform demonstrations and evaluations to influence customer decisions.
Support contract transfer and accompany Services teams technically.

External: customers, consultants, partners
Internal: Plant Director, Services director, Electronics Development team in France, Sales team,

Frequency: Frequent, twice per month

Region: Mainly India, occasionally Europe
