Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Consultant (B2B) role based in Jaipur. The Sales Consultant will identify and qualify corporate prospects, conduct discovery meetings, and present Reso Pro's training and recruitment solutions to decision-makers.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing B2B deals in line with revenue targets.



The role involves maintaining robust client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with training and operations teams to align solutions with client needs.

The Sales Consultant will also track market trends, prepare sales reports, and contribute to sales strategies to expand Reso Pro's presence across industries.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills for B2B environments.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and client success through tailored solutions.
Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate training, HR solutions, or related services is beneficial.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet targets, and work with CRM or sales tracking tools.
Solid presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred.
Comfort working on-site in Jaipur and engaging with clients across different industries.
