15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years in Program Management.
Robust experience delivering Digital Banking transformation programs.
Deep understanding of Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, or Digital Banking operations.
Experience working with Core Banking platforms such as Temenos T24, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Finacle, or similar.
Hands-on experience managing Digital Channels including Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Payments, Customer Onboarding, and Lending platforms.
Solid understanding of banking regulations, compliance, information security, and risk management.
Experience working with Cloud technologies, APIs, Microservices, and Enterprise Integration.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience managing large distributed teams across multiple geographies.
Solid budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and governance experience.
