Key Responsibilities:

Support the Creative Director (Copy) in developing integrated campaign ideas, visual concepts, and creative strategies.

Lead and inspire art teams across digital, social, video, and integrated campaigns.

Own the visual quality and craft of all deliverables across platforms.

Translate brand and business objectives into compelling visual narratives.

Drive concepting for pitches, key campaigns, and recent business.

Oversee multiple projects, timelines, and team allocations.

Ensure brand consistency and excellence in design execution.

Present ideas and work confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

Mentor and evaluate team performance; provide regular feedback and guidance.

Stay updated with digital trends, tools, AI, design systems, and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

7 10+ years of experience in a creative/digital advertising agency,



with strong art direction background.

Proven experience leading teams and projects.

Robust portfolio showcasing integrated & digital-first work (social, films, campaigns, UI/UX is a plus).

Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual storytelling, and design systems.

Hands-on with tools like Adobe CC, Figma, motion/video basics.

Experience collaborating with copy, strategy, and media teams.

Solid concepting, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
