We re looking for a skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team in an individual contributor role, working with a cross-functional group of Product Managers, Designers, Testers, and Engineers.
You ll be instrumental in developing scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js, while contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
What You ll Do
Build modular, testable, and maintainable web applications.
Write robust unit tests covering edge cases, usability, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to deliver premium customer experiences through quick and reliable APIs.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in APIs.
Maintain high code quality through code reviews, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Mentor team members and share knowledge to foster growth.
Meet deadlines and contribute to team goals.
Apply solid software design principles in all aspects of development.
Must-Have Skills
Proficiency in Ruby and hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL is a plus).
Familiarity with OWASP principles and web security best practices.
Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Positive grasp of HTTP protocol and RESTful architecture.
Requirements
3 6 years of experience in building web applications.
Passionate about the web ecosystem and programming.
Experience with AWS is a plus.
Deep understanding of software design principles.
High attention to detail and pride in writing clean, maintainable code.
Curious, self-driven, and eager to explore and learn new technologies.
