and comfort of our passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and

assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival - Handle and
resolve customer queries and complaints - Coordinate with other
airport staff to ensure timely and efficient services - Assist with
baggage handling and loading/unloading of luggage - Conduct
security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations -
Maintain accurate records and reports of flight activities -
Provide information and assistance to passengers with special needs
Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to





passengers - Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket
sales and other services - Maintain a clean and organized work

Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to
work in a quick-paced and high-pressure workplace - Basic computer
skills - Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage -
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays -
Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not
