Job Title: Head Security In-Charge – Plant

Role Overview

Responsible for leading and managing all security functions of the plant to ensure the safety of personnel, assets, materials, and premises.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall plant security and safety operations.
Supervise security personnel and ensure effective deployment.
Control entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
Monitor CCTV, surveillance systems, and security infrastructure.
Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Coordinate with local authorities during emergencies and security incidents.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.

Requirements
Ex-Army personnel (JCO/Officer preferred).
Minimum 6+ years of experience in plant, industrial, or corporate security.
Robust leadership, communication, and incident management skills.
Experience with surveillance systems and security protocols.
