This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, responsible for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle for the for the Oil & Gas Business (Domestic & International Business). This includes strategic sourcing, Interview & selection, offer management and onboarding to ensure operational readiness for our international projects.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Talent Sourcing & Lifecycle Management:
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize a diverse mix of recruitment channels (Naukri, Linked In, and other social media platforms) to source high-quality CVs and conduct initial screenings to ensure technical and cultural alignment.
Interview Management: Manage coordination of interviews, lead salary negotiations, and manage both pre-joining documentation and post-joining follow-ups.
Data Integrity: Maintain a comprehensive candidate databank within the Recruitment Database Management, tracking statuses (Interview/Selected/Rejected) and generating recruitment MIS.
Documents Administration: Issuing offer letters and contract letters for all the recent joinees.
International Mobilization Management:
Mobilization Support: Giving input and follow up with Admin team for critical travel logistics, including ticket bookings, visa processing, yellow fever vaccinations, and accommodation arrangements for international deployment.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HODs across departments to facilitate the creation of Manpower Requisition Forms (MRFs) and detailed Job Descriptions, and Interview coordination
Employee File & Records Management Documentation:
Pre joining documentation and creating a personal file of employee for joining and onboarding
Required Skills & Qualif
Education: A graduate degree in any stream combined with a mandatory MBA, PG, or MMS in HR
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience in talent acquisition in Infra/EPC industry.
Proven Track Record: Experience managing the complete onboarding cycle for a volume of at least 10–15 recent joins per month within a medium-sized organ
Technical Proficiency: Advanced working proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory
Competencies: Solid interpersonal and communication
Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multitasking.
