Job Description

The Development TL – Applications, Web & Dev Ops is responsible for leading the development, integration, modernization, and ongoing delivery of enterprise and web applications. The role combines hands-on technical leadership, full-stack web development capabilities, Dev Ops ownership, Oracle ERP integration support, and the adoption of AI-enabled development technologies to improve delivery speed, automation, quality, and business value.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in application development, including at least 5 years in technical leadership or team leadership role.
Robust background in contemporary development frameworks and full-stack web technologies, such as .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
Experience designing and delivering enterprise web applications, APIs, integrations, responsive user interfaces, and secure web solutions.
Hands-on experience with Dev Ops tools and practices, such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, microservices architecture,



and contemporary application modernization approaches.
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and AI-assisted development capabilities, including LLMs, copilots, predictive analytics, automation tools, and data pipelines.
Strong understanding of SDLC practices, agile methodologies, code review standards, software quality, and secure development principles.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in global or multi-site environments.
Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion, CRM, or Success Factors.
Experience with Drupal development or implementation — an advantage.
Certifications in Agile, PMP, Dev Ops, cloud, or AI/ML technologies — an advantage.
