Integration Monitoring Team Member – Oracle (G1 Level)

Job Summary:
As a G1-level Integration Team Member, you will support the stability and performance of integrations with Oracle. You will be responsible for monitoring, triaging, and escalating integration issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Oracle Integration issues
Perform first-level triage of failed iFlows, API calls, and scheduled jobs
Validate data flows between Oracle and downstream systems (e.G., payroll systems, third-party vendors, internal mcdonald’s applications like GIA).
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to L2/L3 support or development teams with detailed logs and context.




Support daily health checks for Oracle integration points (e.G., SFTP connections, OAuth tokens, certificates).
Document recurring issues and contribute to operational runbooks and knowledge base.
Collaborate with functional solutions team, Scaled Services teams to ensure integration reliability and compliance.
Participate in shift-based monitoring coverage, including weekends or holidays if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with Oracle modules and integration touchpoints.
Exposure to integration concepts such as iFlows, APIs (OData/SOAP), SFTP, and IDocs.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a cloud-native workplace.

Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Integration Suite monitoring, and Oracle provisioning.
Exposure to Cloud ALM, CPI, or API Management.
Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, or scripting for log analysis.
Familiarity with ITSM tools like Service Now or Jira.
Understanding of HR data sensitivity and compliance requirements (e.G., GDPR).
