Key Skills-
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounts, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
CA Inter / MBA Finance/Accounts / M.Com preferred.
3–5 years of experience in an NBFC, lending institution, or financial services
organization.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and NBFC operations.
Understanding of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
