Key Responsibilities: -

Purchase & Vendor Management
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Verify vendor invoices and supporting documents.
Maintain vendor accounts and reconcile vendor statements.
Coordinate with vendors regarding payment and invoice discrepancies.

Billing & Invoicing
Generate Tax Invoices, E-Invoices, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes.
Ensure timely billing and dispatch of invoices to customers.
Maintain proper records of sales and purchase transactions.
Monitor receivables and follow up for outstanding payments.

GST Compliance
Prepare and reconcile GST data for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B.
Perform monthly GST reconciliation between books and GST portal.
Ensure timely compliance with GST regulations and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with consultants/auditors for GST-related matters.

TDS & Taxation
Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable provisions.
Maintain TDS records and reconciliation.
Assist in filing TDS returns and generating TDS certificates.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax regulations.

Accounting & Reconciliation




Record accounting entries in ERP/Tally software.
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Reconcile customer, vendor, and ledger accounts.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents

Financial Reporting
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.
Support internal and statutory audits.
Provide financial data and reports to management.

Compliance & Documentation
Maintain proper accounting files and records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and E-Invoicing.
Experience in Purchase Order and Billing Processes.
Proficiency in ERP, MS Excel, and Accounting Software.
Positive analytical and reconciliation skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
