Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience handling GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.
Assist with preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and related reports.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely collections and payments.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
Prepare financial reports, MIS reports,



and account statements as required.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory regulations.
Support the preparation of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
Perform any other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
25 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Robust knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation.
Knowledge of bookkeeping and financial accounting principles.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
