Job Description
Piping Stress Engineer
Location: Gurgaon
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
We are looking for a Piping Stress Engineer with experience in EPC/EPCM projects involving Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, LNG, Chemical, Hydrogen, or other industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform piping stress analysis using CAESAR II and/or AutoPIPE.
Analyze critical piping systems connected to pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks, and reactors.
Prepare stress reports, support mark-ups, spring support selections, and nozzle load evaluations.
Perform flexibility, seismic, wind, thermal expansion, and occasional load analysis.
Coordinate with piping layout, mechanical, civil,
and process engineering teams to resolve stress-related issues.
Ensure compliance with ASME B31.1/B31.3, API, WRC, and project specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Experience in piping stress analysis for industrial EPC/EPCM projects.
Hands-on experience with CAESAR II (AutoPIPE is an advantage).
Knowledge of ASME B31.1/B31.3, API standards, and piping support engineering.
Experience with refinery, petrochemical, power, LNG, hydrogen, or process plant projects preferred.
