Persistent Networks Private Limited is a growing IT solutions company providing IT Infrastructure Services, System Integration, FMS Support, IT Staffing, and Payroll services. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of the company.

Job Summary The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and coordination with auditors and management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete accounting operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances
Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings
Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
Maintain proper documentation and financial records
Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis




Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Robust attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
