Improve Customer Focus and Service quality to enhance Consumer Service Experience in workshops, through learning.
Service Preparedness for recent model launches
Manage the projects/development activities related to After Sales and Learning.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Execution of L3 learning programs for HMCL field service staff (domestic & International Business) and MCCs to improve their technical knowledge and skill.
Ensure effective learning material development on current model & advance technology.
Ensure the completion of assigned Projects in stipulated time. Daily update and monitoring of the activities related to projects.
Bring Innovation in Learning
Execution of Technical Skill Contest for channel partners workshop staff.
A Day in the life
As the Learning Executive,
you will start the day by reviewing the assigned tasks and update the status of activities.
You will be responsible for the execution of training program which is scheduled from 9am till 5pm.
For effective new model training material development, you will be in contact with CIT & Current Product Support Team for technology updates.
Academic Qualification & Experience
B.E. in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years in the automobile industry with 3 years in training and development roles.
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Knowledge on two wheeler technology with fluency in practical skill
Fluency in computers with knowledge of software MS Office
Proficiency in Corel Draw
