Job Title: Accounts Manager

Department: Accounts & Finance

Reports To: Finance Head / Director

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Oversee bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
Prepare and verify GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance filings.
Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, tax, and financial audits.
Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounting entries are accurate.
Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
Monitor company expenses and recommend cost-control measures.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and legal regulations.
Manage fixed assets,



depreciation schedules, and inventory accounting.
Support payroll accounting and reconcile salary-related transactions.
Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
Lead and supervise the accounts team, ensuring timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or CMA is preferred.
5–10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,625.50 - ₹57,913.87 per month
