Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis
Lead and oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A;)
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances
Provide accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making

Budgeting and Forecasting
Manage the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads
Develop and maintain long-term financial forecasts to guide strategic planning
Ensure budgets align with company goals and operational plans

Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory and reporting requirements
Oversee internal audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting
Maintain and enforce robust internal controls and financial policies

Financial Strategy and Risk Management
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company objectives
Identify and mitigate financial risks to the business
Oversee capital structure, cash flow, investment strategies,



and debt management

IPO Preparation and Execution
Lead financial aspects of IPO planning, including due diligence, documentation, compliance, and investor relations
Collaborate with legal, investment banking, and regulatory advisors to ensure a smooth IPO process

Leadership and Collaboration
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of performance, integrity, and collaboration
Partner with other senior executives to drive cross-functional initiatives and strategic decisions

Required Skills:
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Attention to detail and solid numerical skills.
Positive communication and reporting abilities.
Familiarity with accounting standards and financial modelling.
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
Candidate should be from automotive industry.
