ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of Moxy Steel Impex. The role requires someone who understands the pace and complexity of a metals and trading setting, ensures full compliance, and supports management with accurate and timely financial information.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily accounting entries in Tally Prime
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis
Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, 2A Reconciliation)
Manage TDS & TCS compliance and filings
Handle import/export documentation and foreign currency transactions
Manage Letter of Credit (LC) related accounting entries
Maintain stock and inventory records




Assist in preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L;, and MIS Reports
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
Support management with costing, pricing, and financial analysis

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification
2 to 5 years of accounting experience
Prior experience in a metals, steel, or trading company strongly preferred
Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS & TCS
Advanced MS Excel skills
Positive communication in English and Hindi
Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently
