We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with expertise in residential and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate should possess robust design capabilities, technical knowledge of Mumbai development regulations, and experience in coordinating projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
Develop design proposals, presentations, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with Mumbai DCPR, MCGM, SRA, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project execution teams.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve design issues.
Assist in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities.
Review drawings and BOQs for accuracy and project feasibility.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards
