Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Executive to support the finance and accounting department. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, process invoices, and ensure accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks).
Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax-related documents (as applicable).
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.
Perform general administrative duties related to the accounts department.





Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers may also apply, depending on the role).
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP/Tally Prime preferred).
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation regulations.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
