Job Summary
Jamibadi.com is looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive with hands-on experience in telecalling and property sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with clients, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and converting inquiries into successful property sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on property inquiries.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and referrals.
Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
Explain property features, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Coordinate with property owners, builders, and the internal sales team.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Stay updated on the local real estate market and available property inventory.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, real estate sales, or property marketing.
Proven experience in handling property sales calls and client interactions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients at property locations.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
Must possess a positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Ability to close sales independently.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Odia, Hindi, and basic English.
