We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman cum Coordinator with minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-rise building projects. The candidate should be capable of independently handling drafting and coordination activities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
Independently handle drawing preparation, revisions and coordination activities.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, site teams etc
Coordinate and resolve drawing-related issues.
Assist in statutory approvals, submissions and related documentation.
Coordinate project requirements and follow up with consultants and contractors.

Required Knowledge




Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of architectural/working drawings.
Positive working knowledge of KMBR/KPBR, Fire, Pollution Control Board and other applicable statutory requirements, particularly as applicable to building drawings.
Working knowledge of K-SMART and related drawing/submission processes.
Ability to independently handle drafting activities and coordinate with customers, consultants,site team etc.
Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
