Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all active modules of Farvision ERP (e.g., Finance, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Projects, Engineering, etc.)
Act as the primary point of contact between end-users and technical support teams
Monitor and resolve ERP issues, bugs, and user tickets promptly
Coordinate with internal departments to gather requirements and implement module enhancements
Provide training and support to ERP users across departments
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across modules
Generate reports and dashboards as per business needs
Maintain user roles, permissions, and access control
Work with vendors and developers for upgrades and integrations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Farvision ERP (preferably in real estate sector)
Robust understanding of business processes in construction/real estate
Knowledge of SQL and ERP database structures is an advantage
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
