Job Summary Physician Billing Executive (AR Caller)

Coronis Health is hiring experienced Physician Billing Executives to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in Chennai. This role is ideal for candidates with 13 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare – Physician Billing (AR Follow-up) who have a robust understanding of accounts receivable, denial management, claim resolution, and insurance payer guidelines.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing physician billing accounts, following up on unpaid claims, resolving denials, and ensuring maximum revenue recovery while meeting productivity and quality targets. Experience with the Cerner EMR/EHR platform will be an added advantage.

Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or an equivalent discipline.
1–3 years of relevant experience in U.S. Healthcare – Physician Billing (AR Follow-up).
Solid knowledge of physician billing workflows, AR follow-up, denial management, and U.S. insurance payer guidelines.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in U.S. Night Shifts
