Job Requirements :
Proven experience in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Solid understanding of life insurance products and services offered by various companies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and adapt to changing circumstances.
Experience in Team Handling, Bancassurance, and Life Insurance is desirable.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
