We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Engineer to manage end-to-end change activities across products, processes, systems, and documentation. The role ensures controlled execution of changes while maintaining compliance, quality, and risk management standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, review, approve, and implement engineering changes
Develop timing plans and ensure timely execution of changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) and track progress effectively
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation actions
Manage escalations and ensure delivery against time, cost, and quality targets
Ensure adherence to change management systems and organizational processes
Maintain structured documentation and accurate data records
Prepare RFQs and handle projects end-to-end
Study product drawings (GD&T;) and ensure engineering accuracy
Work with PLM and QAD systems for process control
