Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage horticulture operations in the assigned area
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
Manage and develop a team of horticulture professionals




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new projects and initiatives
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
Associate degree in horticulture or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in horticulture operations management
Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, techniques, and equipment
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
