Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of GST, TDS, transport invoicing, and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper financial record-keeping.
Prepare GST invoices, tax invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and transport invoices (E-Way Bills, where applicable).
Handle GST return filing, reconciliation, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and reconciliations.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
Assist in audits and ensure timely submission of required financial documents.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws,



and company policies.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and government authorities whenever required.
Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data and analysis.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Transport Invoices, Tax Invoices, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
