Maintain leadership talent pipeline and recruitment MIS.
HR Projects & Governance
Drive strategic HR initiatives assigned by the PC-HR
Track action items, prepare MOMs and ensure timely closure
Coordinate with business leaders and plant HR teams.Policies, SOPs & Systems
Draft HR policies, SOPs and process documents .
Support HRMS/ERP implementation and continuous improvement
Coordinate PMS cycles and HR transformation initiatives
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
