Role Description This is a full-time, in office Account Manager role based in Belāpur.

The Account

Manager will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Responsibilities include managing daily client communication, handling inquiries, coordinating with internal operations and logistics teams, and resolving issues promptly. The role involves monitoring shipments, tracking performance against service-level expectations, preparing account reports, and identifying prospects to improve service and expand business.

The Account

Manager will also support pricing discussions,



assist with contract renewals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

Qualifications

Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective coordination with internal teams.

Basic to intermediate proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using spreadsheets or CRM tools to monitor account performance.

Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Understanding of logistics, supply chain, or freight operations; prior experience in a logistics or transportation company is an advantage.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.

Educational background in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent experience in account management will also be considered.

Comfort working on-site in Belāpur and collaborating closely with operations, finance, and sales teams.
