Eligibility

Minimum 3–5 Years of Experience in Retail
Experience in handling multiple outlets is preferred
Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee multiple outlet operations.
Drive sales, profitability, and achieve business targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor daily operations and ensure SOP compliance.
Handle manpower planning, recruitment, and staff scheduling.
Train, mentor, and develop outlet teams.
Control inventory, food cost, and operational expenses.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained.
Analyze store performance and prepare MIS reports.
Coordinate with senior management to improve operational efficiency and business growth.
Salary
Up to ₹70,000 (Depends on Experience & Interview)
