Role Description The Actor Model internship is a hybrid role based in Goa, India, with a mix of on-site shoots, rehearsals, and occasional work-from-home tasks such as virtual meetings, self-tape auditions, and online workshops. Day-to-day activities include participating in auditions, rehearsals, and photo or video shoots; following direction from casting and production teams; and preparing for roles through script reading, character study, and wardrobe coordination. Interns may support promotional campaigns by appearing in social media content, brand collaborations,



and live or recorded events.

The role also involves maintaining professional communication with coordinators, being punctual for scheduled activities, and adhering to production timelines and guidelines.

Qualifications

Solid interest in acting and modeling, with the ability to perform confidently in front of the camera and live audiences.

Ability to follow creative direction, take feedback constructively, and adapt performance style to different roles and genres.

Professional demeanor, including punctuality, reliability, and respectful collaboration with diverse teams on set and online.

Positive communication skills and comfort participating in virtual meetings, auditions, and workshops as part of a hybrid work model.

Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and develop skills in screen presence, posing, improvisation, and basic stagecraft.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, depending on shoot schedules and production needs.

Prior experience in school or community theater, modeling, or media projects is helpful but not required.
