Key Responsibilities
Manage daily laboratory operations and microbiological testing.
Ensure compliance with NABL, ISO, FSSAI, GLP, and GMP standards.
Handle NABL, ISO, BRC, customer, and regulatory audits .
Review laboratory reports, SOPs, COAs, and quality documentation.
Supervise pathogen, water, environmental, and finished product testing.
Lead laboratory team, maintain equipment calibration, and ensure CAPA implementation.
Coordinate with Production, QA, and R&D; for quality improvement.
Prepare laboratory MIS reports and ensure audit readiness at all times.
