To assist the Workshop Manager in the productive day-to-day operations of the workshop by ensuring quality service, timely vehicle delivery, optimum manpower utilization, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and achievement of workshop productivity and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Workshop Operations
Assist in planning and monitoring daily workshop activities.
Ensure smooth vehicle flow from reception to final delivery.
Monitor job allocation and balance workload among technicians.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Team Management
Supervise technicians, workshop supervisors, and support staff.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity.
Identify training needs and support skill development.
Motivate the team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
Customer Satisfaction
Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure timely vehicle delivery.




Handle customer escalations related to workshop operations.
Ensure quality repairs to minimize repeat jobs.
Support initiatives to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Quality Control
Ensure repairs comply with manufacturer standards.
Monitor repeat repair cases and implement corrective actions.
Conduct quality inspections before vehicle delivery.
Productivity & Performance
Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and utilization.
Achieve workshop labour sales and revenue targets.
Minimize idle time and improve workshop throughput.
Review daily workshop performance reports.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
