Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager with hands-on experience in selling residential properties in the Powai market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the local real estate landscape, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for residential projects in the Powai market.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects.




Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Coordinate with developers and internal teams for timely closures.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
Mandatory experience in selling residential properties in the Powai market.
Solid knowledge of Powai and nearby residential projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
